Our Company History
Oak + Sun Construction founder Mark Tworek comes with a decade of real estate and renovation / construction experience. Graduating in 2010 with an Electrical Engineering Technician diploma, Mark gained experience in electrical work, access control and surveillance, wiring buildings and trouble shooting and diagnostics. This experience laid the foundation for what would come ahead.
Our Mission
The passion and eagerness to learn more came after purchasing his first property, doing a full renovation on it, and then selling for a profit. After the first successful flip came more opportunities, a greater skill set, more experience and confidence. Mark managed the maintenance portfolio for over 130 properties for a property management company and from there went on to build custom luxury homes with a local home builder. Mark decided that the sense of fulfillment and passion towards construction and renovations would be enough to go out on his own. This sparked a dream inside, that would eventually be what we know today as Oak + Sun Construction.
